Our property consists of a cluster of six tiny-house cabins, nestled in a serene and forested setting that's only a short walk from Sandy Point Beach. Each cabin is designed to provide hotel-like accommodations in the great outdoors, offering all the modern conveniences of a tiny house with the charm of camping. Inside each cabin, guests will find a cozy queen bed with fresh linens, air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower, and a mini-fridge. We also provide a Keurig machine for coffee and tea, and a TV and wifi for entertainment and convenience. Outside, guests can relax in our Adirondack chairs while enjoying the beautiful natural surroundings. Our property also provides easy access to nearby hiking trails, award-winning restaurants, and the stunning natural beauty of Maine's coast. Our tiny-house cabins are perfect for couples and solo travelers who want to experience a cozy and intimate retreat in the heart of nature. We kindly ask guests to keep in mind that our property operates on a water well system, so short showers are greatly appreciated to ensure that everyone has access to fresh water. Please also note that our cabins do not have a kitchen. However, we do provide a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. So whether you're looking to relax and unwind or explore all that Maine has to offer, we're here to make your stay a memorable one. While we strive to provide a comfortable retreat, it's important to note that we are located in the heart of nature. As such, it's possible for insects and bugs to find their way into the cabins despite our best efforts. We take proactive measures to minimize their presence, such as regular pest control treatments and maintaining proper seals on windows and doors. However, we kindly ask our guests to keep doors and windows closed whenever possible to help prevent any unwanted visitors. If you do happen to encounter any insects during your stay, please notify our staff immediately, and we will address the situation promptly. Yes, we do allow pets at our cabin, and there is a one-time pet fee of $125. This is to cover additional wear and tear on the property. Pets are not aloud on furniture, including beds, chairs, couches, etc. If we find evidence of this, a minimum $250 fine will be charged to the guest . Please note that pets are not to be left alone in the cabin, and we kindly ask that they are well-behaved so as not to disturb other guests.

As a guest at our cozy cabin retreat, you will have access to your own private cabin, which includes all the amenities and comforts of home. You will also have access to your own private outdoor lounge area, complete with Adirondack chairs for relaxation and enjoyment of the beautiful natural surroundings. We provide two Solo Stoves set in a peaceful wooded area, along with firewood, tinder, lighters, and everything you’ll need for a cozy fire. For those who want to spend the day at the beach, Sandy Point Beach is just a short 0.5-mile walk down the road, offering beautiful views of the Penobscot River as it opens up into Penobscot Bay. At our cozy cabin retreat, we want you to feel at home and have access to all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. So whether you're looking to relax in the comfort of your own private cabin, meet new friends around the fire pit, or spend the day exploring the beautiful Maine coast, our property offers something for everyone.

Parking will be in front of your cabin. Please be aware not to block the driveway as other guests will need to access to come and go. Getting around will mainly be done by car as we are located in a rural area. If you would like to explore Sandy Point Beach, take a quick stroll down the road. Great for walking, sunbathing, birding and picnicking.
