Other Details to Note
If you are bringing a pet, they are not to be left alone in the property without the owner. Pets are not aloud on the furniture, which includes the bed, chairs and couches. An addition cleaning fee of $500 will be charged if we find evidence of this. This home is part of a triplex, but each unit is private. The only shared area is the driveway. Window units for cooling will be available from Memorial Day to early October. Please note that this unit is not baby-proofed, so bring your own baby-proofing items if needed. Weekly and monthly stays are welcome.
