On The Waterfront is a brand new, 3,700 sq ft lakefront estate built to host the whole family — grandparents, parents, kids, and everyone in between. Every detail was chosen with generational gatherings in mind. The main level anchors the home with the Brook Bend Suite — a king master bedroom with a private ensuite featuring a modern soaking tub, walk-in shower and double sink. The Fish Net bunk room is just down the hall, perfect for the grandkids. Head up to the loft level and find Brandy Breeze and The Treehouse — two private bedrooms perched above the lake. Down in the lower level, Lakeview opens off the game room with direct sightlines to Brandy Pond, and The Hideaway sits beside the full gym. Between levels, the wet bar, and pool table become the evening gathering spot. Step outside and the property opens up: there's ping pong, an outdoor kitchen, a gas firepit and a wood-burning firepit, outdoor furniture, a private sauna with attached outdoor shower and a 200+ square foot dock door built for your pontoon rental, jet skis, or whatever you bring to the water. This is a brand new build — the first guests to stay will be the first to break in every amenity. WiFi is provided via StayFi ("DaysAway Guest" — register with name and email, no password needed). Quiet hours are observed — Brandy Pond is a peaceful community and we ask that guests respect their neighbours on the water. No pets permitted. Linen service is included; beach and pool towels are provided. The sauna, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and firepits each have simple operating instructions in the house manual. The 200+ sq ft dock door accommodates pontoon boats, jet skis, and kayaks — local rentals are available in Naples Village minutes away.
