Our apartment in Portland, Maine, offers three comfortable bedrooms for guests to enjoy during their stay. Guests will have access to all of the second floor, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and two bedrooms, each featuring high-quality bedding and luxurious linens. The third-floor loft, accessed via a spiral staircase, provides guests with a unique and cozy space to relax and unwind, with a queen-size bed and luxury bedding. Guests can also enjoy our second-floor deck, providing a cozy and inviting outdoor space to relax and unwind, surrounded by the unique charm and culture of Portland, Maine. For guests traveling with bicycles, we offer secure storage in the hallway at the bottom of the stairs, providing a safe and convenient place to store their bikes during their stay. We are located conveniently across the street from the Co-op and a Walgreen's.

We offer one off street parking spot. The spot is to the left of the house if you are looking at the front of the house from the street. Please be careful of the corner of the house when pulling and and backing out of the driveway. Please use the front entrance to go in and out of the property. Do not go through the gate. Additional parking for the apartment is on street or in the various off-street parking garages & lots in the city. If you plan to park on the street, it’s not usually hard to find a spot close to the apartment. Below you will find some helpful resources regarding parking and getting around the city, you can find additional information on the city of Portland’s website. Free Parking: Although some streets have a 1 hour parking limit, all street parking is free after 6pm and free on Sundays. There is some free parking a little walk away on Cutter Street, below the Eastern Prom. Also, on the water side of Fore Street as it goes up the hill. Generally, there are side streets on Munjoy Hill that don’t have parking restrictions. Paid Parking: The off-street parking garages and lots are also very close and within walking distance. A few of the close garages include the Fore Street Garage, Temple Street Garage, One City Center Parking, and Casco Bay Parking. You can view a recent list of parking garages and lots on the Portland website. Getting Around: When getting around Portland, everything is very walkable. You can also easily take a short Uber ride to all corners of the city. The apartment is very central to the downtown. You’ll enjoy the convenience of being able to walk only a few blocks to reach the old port, the arts district, and the wharf.
